That's all I can remember, I forget the rest of the ritual. Something about removing a person's heart with your bare hands, strapping them into a cage and lowering them into a sacrificial hole with molten...stuffs.

Once the sacrifice is complete, they may or may not answer the phone.

i found a secondary reset password that works here:

Post by: Kandie on May 18, 2013, 05:54:20 PM: when all else fails try emailing Mesanna........when I bought a code and it didn't work, the ea store couldn't help so I emailed her and guess what....she made it work....so she has more control over the game then what we are lead to believe barmstrong@ea.com
