Hey guys Wrote a script to get my taming from 90 - 120 using nothing but the Animal Taming masterys!

working great for me so far, have gone from 98.8 to 108.5 with no problem and much quicker than the old way of training taming :)

Since update on 8/2 this script stop working. I get Training Complete message even though im not capped and when target pet pops up, it doesnt offer a cursor to select pet. Both these issues came up since UO patched, was working fine as of 8/01.

Cheffe post a new build 302, try that. It not the builder fault is EasyUO don't work properly;y.

Is there a minimum level of mastery for this to work? My character ate the volume 1 but not II or III.

nope volume one should be just fine with it. u dont really get much more with 2 anyways but three will give you the rampage thing or something like that. but with this script vol 1 will be sufficent

I found out where I went wrong. I had not used any masteries on this character yet and the book was preset for bard masteries. Once I changed it to taming it was good.
Tana, this is a nice script. You may want to add a few instructions for dolts like me so that we can jump in right away. I would reccomend letting users know in the main post and in the heading of the script to make sure to have a book of masteries, to use (make sure you have eaten) vol I taming masteries, and to make sure that the book of masteries is set to taming. :)

I love this script! When I got up into the high taming levels, I just got too bored and lost interest. This is going to help me finish up for sure. Easy as pie, no setup. I posted this so we'll all know it's still working just fine. No glitches.

Well, this was working fantastically and I finished two tamers from 90 to 120 in no time. Now, I want to finish a third, I can't seem to recall how I managed to set my menu that pops up, asking you to pick what you want, empowerment or as one, on auto in the classic client. I previously had a way to do that and it's still there in the enhanced client. The script just sits there if I can't remember what I did. Can anyone tell me?

I do not remember how the settings work in the CC.
I compared this one and my own (also here on scriptuo) where I go ahead and click the option on the menu the pops up.
What happens if you select it once? does it reuse that selection going forward?
I wonder if you need to select it or if just casting the mastery spell is enough to grant the gain attempt?

yes, in the EC all I need to do is right click and select which one I want to cast and off it goes. If it can't select something, the menu just sits there and the script says you must wait to cast again, so it's not actually doing anything but waiting. Your script rescued me anyway and it works like a charm so I'm ok there, just puzzled why, in the span of only a month, I suddenly can't make that choice in CC now. I'll keep trying and let you know tho!
