Yeah SPAWAR is a government agency :)  We pretty much are the middle man for the government and civilian contractors :)

SPAWAR has a big installation here in San Diego.  I have a good friend that works there.  She's a big wig now.

no it is a URL thing.  Whether my proxy will process the IP Address correctly.  It is weird how on government computers you can't reach certain IP addresses..and if anything is routed through Ports it will also do the same.

I'm such a Newb.  I'm hitting the next button and it kept going to different threads and I'm like wow my introduction thread is soooo long! lol :(  I know not one of my greatest moments.  I love how under my name it says Elite Newbie lol
