Post by: Lady Canuker on January 28, 2014, 10:49:23 AM
Excellent no fuss dinner. Goes well with riceor potatoes.

1 Boneless pork tenderloin (2-3 pounds)
1 Onion chopped
1 Cup chicken or veggie broth
1/2 Cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 cloves garlic chopped

1. Place chopped onions and tenderloin into slow cooker.

2. In a 2 cup measuring cup mix remaining ingredients and pour over the tenderloin.

3. Set slow cooker timer (4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low)

4. Move pork to serving dish, cover with foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes or so.

5. Pour sauce into a pan and bring to a boil, reduce sauce to desired consistency.

6. Using 2 forks, lightly break apart/shred pork.

7. Ladle sauce over pork to serve.
