Runuo Users often using Winmerge. You can Compare complete Folder and it will show you the different parts of the Files. 1 Click can Copy from a to b or you could Edit by hand. Easy to handle , free to use, get it Here   8)

ExamDiff - I thought this was much better then any of the others I tried.

This one has a diff function too ;)

I use Notepad++ for text file comparisons, works fine.
