For Field pvp as in open field or as in "Fielding" Pvp Lol

Seen quite a few. Good old standard
120 Mage
120 Eval
120 Resist
120 Parry
120 Wrestle
120 Med

Defensive + 30 sdi gives you more offensive capability than old scribe mages.

More Offensive
120 Mage
120 Eval
120 Resist
120 Wrestle
120 Med
100 Scribe
20 Focus

40 Sdi for some high Damage Spells

My Personal Fav, but you have to use a mage weapon

120 Mage
120 Eval
120 Resist
100 Scribe
100 Alchy
60 Poison
100 Meditation

Greater Poison, not the best at Interrupts, but Better than regular, 40 SDI, Your Pots do more for you, and your Explo Pots/Conflags/Super Novas Reallly Hurt.

With 50EP couldn't you lose alchy? OR does it just add more power to it?
100 med, Seems like mana may die out rather quickly?
with all the enchanted foods and elfs and stuff. poison seems useless.. or am i wrong?
I'm in no way harping, just trying to learn.. i've been gone for years..

And yes i meant field pvp.. on the field. Just cant seem to find out what template i should be using.

Alchy Just adds more Power To it on top of the 50 EP.

Poisoning used to be useless before they beefed it up. Harder to Cure. Honestly normally I try for 80 Med/80 Poison for DP, but like you said mana becomes an issue sometimes.

If you are conservative with your Dumps 100 Med + 12-15 Mana regen is more than enough, you just have to learn when to go on the offensive.
