Hey guys & (hopefully hot gamer) girls, my name is Matt, I am 33, I work as a chef for one of the larger gaming (casino) companies in the U.S.. I played UO for just under 8 years before calling it quits due to lost interest. I played mainly on Great Lakes and was a founding member/leader of PwNt. I started my UO career as a straight dexxer (Matrick Swifsord) and after killing lots of earth elementals in Shame and getting all of those level 1 treasure maps I decided to create a Treasure Hunter (Tres Lockpick). For the first few years of UO I was deathly afraid of going to Fel (yes I know I was a trammy lol) and anytime I would PvP my hands would sweat so bad that I couldn't properly hit my macros! Mind you now this was long before item insurance and you would actually lose your gear/hard work which made it more incentive to be good at PvP. My PvP career started out with my dexxer Matrick and him dealing concussion blows to mages with his GM lumberjacking but then came along the AoS expansion and everything changed and my dexxer just wasn't cutting it anymore so I created a Nox Mage (Phil Deez). I then joined DAE to start my journey into champ spawn fighting which I absolutely fell in love with. I could really wreak havoc with my Nox Mage in spawns and could handle myself ok 1v1 but I had trouble putting people away 1v1 so I created my pride and joy scribe mage (Gregory Litebane). Shortly thereafter DAE would split and thus PwNt was born with 90% of the better PvPers who cared more about the fight rather than the scrolls from the spawns (we still wanted to win though). I then built my suit up on Gregory with what was pretty great back then, 100lrc 40lmv 14mr 2/6 casting all 60+ resists and other odds and ends that boosted its value, as well as his skills, 120 eval magery med wrestle 115 resist and gm inscription. I also dabbled with a necro mage (Reverend Maynard) for when I wanted to low man/solo champ spawns. A sampire (Jonny Greenback) that I created to solo Dread Horn and Doom. Two mules (Anvil Irontongs & Albert Botlehand), a Tamer (Mylanos Urlano), a Thief (Calvin Litehands), an archer (Shadow Seeker), and a red dexxer that never amounted to much (Johanus Litebone). I was really fortunate to be able to recover these 2 accounts when I returned after such a long period of being away from the game however before I left the game I gave all of my assets to my guild which included most of my gold and gear. In saying that I am in the process of rebuilding and am not looking for any handouts. EasyUO doesn't have all of the scripts that it used to have and I was told about this site so I came here to check things out. Once I get my mages and sampire properly geared back up I will be getting back into the PvP scene and am always up for a good mage duel or tournament. I have a girlfriend and a son now so my playing time will be limited by them but when I can I will be online and ready to rock and roll!
