For a talisman you must have the minimum real skill to make something and then the talisman increases the chance to make it.

For trap box 30 is minimum for tink

at 30.1 the success chance is 0.2%
but with a 27 talisman the chance is 27.2

To make a small crate requires 10 carp. For a human (this is interesting) with no carp (but 20 jack of all trades) his chance is 70% to make it.

OK - Got a human and trained  tink to 30 (no carp) said 0 chance and although it was possible after almost 2 hours - no chests.

Trained to 30.1 and it is now working fine (although real slow = like 1 chest per hour)

Very nice script now that i have it working! Thanks Manwinc!

I can not get this script to work. What tinkering is required?

tinker tool
mage
bolts
resources
etc

makes a box tries to trap it with a bolt - fails with the message You dont have the required skills to attempt this. Says minimum is 30

Did i miss something
I plan to just make a ring and bracelet with 15 tink on each - duh cant do that!

It should work fine with a frag that has at least one charge available since it never adds skill just takes it away. ill Try and and let ya know.

Remember you need some skill free like 695/720 or so.
Empty soulstone.
Set your totals as real values ie add current str, dex and int to get a total and make sure what you desire adds to that (unless you are doing a new character one has to be set at a lower value if the other two are going up).

if you use a frag make sure you change the line to look like this.
