I used to run 4 VMs on a machine kinda like this. Worked great.

Hmm, $300 seems a bit high actually. I haven't priced pooters lately and when I was I was putting together a quad core.

I went ahead and got this one, talked the guy down to 225.00 for it. Man its sweet, i can cod4 without and lag or distortion. uo runs so much better! Totally amazed with the performance of this compared to my 8 year old gateway, lol.

Good deal, Hoby. I was always impressed with the performance of the AMD dual core. I had just gotten rid of my Pentium-D (POS) when I got my AMD dual. Man, what a difference. These days, Intel finally figured out how to make CPUs again, so they have some really nice stuff.

my gateway was a amd and i still am impressed with it being eight years old. I have always favored amd, until recently like u mention.
