Gaining Faction Points for Arties

Can we collaborate on farming faction points.  I use a sampire that has faction artifacts, and am getting low on points.  I know, I know...  I should get them the way that was inteneded, but what's the fun in that?

• How do we use a thief to farm points?
• Is there a way to farm still with having multiple chars in opposing factions? And how?
• What's the easiest way?

Which shard? On some shards I play you need millions of points if you want to be rank 10, whereas on other shards you only need 1 or 2 points for the same rank. Which shard do you need them on?

Welp..the old 2 for 1 faction town bene is gone.

Thief: Steal town sigils, guard or wait for 10 hours. same thief steals sigs off their base pylons and get's them back to the town stones (can hand off to guildies). 10 points per town every 3 days (70 points).

Easiest way is to kill the enemy.

You can create some opposing faction members using a different account or the force method and get 1 point per person. That is only for shards where you need a few points to wear lvl 10.

Well, I have only 40 or so points.  A year ago I had over 700.  I can still wear lvl 10 with 40 points, but they are decaying so I want to stay up on points.  Thanks solid snake for your input.  i was under the impression that you could keep making chars and get more points, but i guess that'd be a pain...  So stealing for the 70 points a week then to build up  is the way to go.

Any other suggestions?

Find a friend on the shard you play who was wise enough to build up a few thousand/million/billion points on a point holder?

I had a script to do this before, but it can't remember what the heck happened to it!  I ran two accounts w/ I think 6 chars, maybe 7?  I gave each character giant beetles, and started them w/ 10 int, and locked all skills.  I'd lure in a healer w/ my main account into an inn, bring it in a room, and then hide and block the door.  From there I'd long on Account1 on Char1, and let every char on account 2 kill that char, then switch to the next, and repeat until they all had enough different deaths to repeat the process.  You kill by using your pet, and you avoided the 5min log in/out timer.  They stacked up extremely well if you ran it for a bit, and I got a ton of silver.  I haven't done it in a few years, so I'm not sure how well it still works lol.  Just sucks when the healer poofed :/  I used to use a random inn or tavern that I never saw people at, but occasionally they would find me and be like wtf?

It should. You can only gain on a kill after you've killed 5 (pretty sure) other characters. So that's why you cycle through the whole account on each character. I can't say for sure about the pet attacking avoiding the log in/out timer.

what shard are you on? i am on GL and have 2 chars that have points. think one has 300 million and the other has 1.2 billion points.
