no problem at all C2! I assumed a lot know how to do these, but figured it is not a bad thing to know if ya don't and hard to find out how to do it since many crafters will not give out info like this. Glad it helped the master out :)

I never tried reforging.  There are many of us here that have not.

it's nice to re-forge. depending on what you are making. I usually make 500m Eater suits lol

Can you explain this?  You routinely make and sell a suit for 500M?!

not a very popular suit since it is extremely exp, but yes, if you make an eater suit with the proper mods needed to be at max, you will burn through several k uses of a barbed kit

Why is a -15 Mage Weapon so important?

Also, unless I am mistaken, you cannot enhance a weapon to get 100% Poison damage.

 -15 mage weps allow for greater variety in building mage suits (mainly pvp). When there were only -20 most people had to use the alchy talisman but now it's opened up for use of slithers or mana orbs.

I think Nobama is right (as usual) - I dont know anyway to enhance to get a 100% poison weapon.

iron weaps you can enhance to get the chance to hit 100 when using Val ingots to enhance with :)

Incorrect.  Poison is applied last.  It is not possible to enhance a weapon to 100% poison.  Hence, the reason why they are in demand.

There is no way to enhance to get 100% poison. The other element is always added first.

If you don't make it with your first burn, then you can't make it.

hmmm. You are correct. I tried to do an enhance on a 70 poison sword and took me to 80. Maybe on a 90 poison it will take you to 100%. i will try and make a 90 and try this again. ehehe

The whetsone removes the damage increase as a property from weapons.
Handy but very expensive on Siege

The ideal weapon is this:

Make exceptional bokutos then reforge with Ash kit until you get one with just -15 mage weapon. It CAN have Self Repair (as this will disappear upon imbuing) but NO OTHER PROPERTIES. Elemental damages do not count as properties, so that is OK!

Apply a whetstone to remove damage increase from the weapon. This makes room for the 15 DCI (since -15 mage instead of -20 mage takes up a significant number of points).

The final specs would then be:
Spell Channeling
(add Faster Casting 1 to negate the FC-1 from Spell Channeling)
15 Defense Chance
-15 Mage Weapon

If it's a bokuto and you have a 100% enhance tool, then you can enhance with bloodwood for 2 Hit Point Regen and 16 Life Leech (useless) or any other wood that you prefer.

About the 100% poison, you are correct as  you cannot enhance to make a 90% into a 100%.  But you can reforge and get a 100 percent poison wep.

I have been wanting to experiment with this so I guess now is as good as any. I have not heard of the whetstone, is it craftable or sold by a vendor?

whetstone is made combining 3 items that you get from the 3 bosses that are summoned in shame.  doing the bosses in fel gives 100% drop rate on the ingredients
