_C2_ Script Library / Re: C2's Trick or Treater 2.3

I think my luck is that I ping horribly to ATL, because I have tested many runebooks. I have had that problem in the past where certain scripts just don't work well to shards I ping very high to.

yes,  it is the recall sub stopping the script when it cannot find the book.  i saw it happen to me two times last night on a lag spikes on an older computer.  I really cannot edit TMs recall code that is in my script.  i could possibly just make a default rune as part of the script for returning to the house.  since all the recall code is not mine... it limits me but it is def that section because i finally witnessed it after days and days of use.

Ahh I see well at least I know I am not crazy lol. Thank you for checking into it C2

Ugh, I have had no luck with this thing. The recall test sub didn't work for me. it seems like what happens, the moment I get teleported it doesn't recognize I have moved cords and doesn't even attempt to recall. *shrugs* I even tested different characters.

I did download the file as mentioned, it is the only way I download them, never copy and paste. I will try the mentioned troubleshooting steps above, and also try a different runebook. Thanks for the fast responses and help guys. Truly appreciated. Back to some more testing.

I tried with the status bar open, I even downloaded the old version and updated id's. Also ran it without UOA because sometimes I find that UOA affects some scripts, but still no luck on this one. Once I get teleported to gate it just stays trick or treating there. Even tried switching to sacred journey

That was the first thing I checked and I the moment it teleports, it just doesn't recognize I have been teleported. doesn't even cast recall. cant even tell if my rail is working properly.

Crafting / Re: Mwincs. Crafting Scripts

Anyone know if there is a newer version which crafts not only the woodland leggings but the rest of the woodland armor, this would be handy now that reforging woodland armor is popular...

Ok, I need some help, I updated the gump values but it still gets stuck under creating the character, it doesnt choose the name. I even tried changing the name in the script but it just sits there then loops back to server log in.. any ideas what i am doing wrong here? Thank you in advance.

Hmm interesting, that is the one I have been using. I will test it on another account, as i remember seeing a comment from someone saying it only worked with certain character slots. Thanks for the help!

Has anyone had any luck updating this? I thought i had the correct gump id's but apparently I keep getting stuck at character creation screen and it loops back to server log in..

Scripting Chat / Boura Pelt Farmer?
« on: May 16, 2010, 06:40:37 AM »
Ok this is an idea and perhaps it has already been done. A script to farm boura pelts killing highland bouras?

For example using a sampire with hp regen suit or something.

I tried combining a Dexer script that cast EoO and CW when finding the target id, and made my own rail system and it seemed pretty good. Unfortunately I am not a scripter and couldnt understand how to make it stop when the highland boura was dead to loot it. It seems like the attack script kept moving back and forth then kills the boura and moves on to the next way point.

This would be a great tool since farming boura pelts is boring and suits are constantly being made . Or if someone would help with how to get the script to stop,loot the pelt, then continue on. I tried reading tutorials and I know my limits. I can usually do some editing to make these scripts work for me, but that is about it.

Thanks in advance!

LMAO that is what happens when you are trying to manually lock down 1000 plants but I gave up.

Here is the original script I found on the old thread and by no means am I taking any credit or claiming it is mine, it was posted by Cstalker was hoping someone could give me ideas of what i am doing wrong?  I added the QLI under find item exe but when you hit play it doesnt seem to scan the script or something.:

Ok once you have this set up, you put 100 or so plants in a crate. You then place this crate on a table and use a axe on it. Now you have 100 plants stacked ontop of each other. I then run this script.

Code: [Select]
;bxe Blooming Orange Pampas Grass Plant
;QLI Bowl of dirt
repeat
{
Finditem exe_CCF_NXE_lok_BXE G_2
 if #findkind = 1
   {
    event property #findid
    wait 1s
    IF Locked notin #property
     {
      set #ltargetid #findid
      set #ltargetkind 1
      wait 1
      event macro 1 0 I wish to lock this down
      target 2s
      event macro 22 0
      wait 1s
     }
     ignoreitem #findid
    }
   }
until #FINDcnt = 0
halt

This will lock down all them plants. You may want to run it a few times as lag can cause it to miss one or 2.
Now you have your next 100 in another crate, place them on top of the last 100 and repeat until you cant stack any higher. Once this is done, its about 800 or so plants on one tile, you move to the next tile. Useing this method you can easly get 12 tiles of plants stacks and a ungodly amount of plants to tend. Now all your plants are within reach and you just run the script. it will tend away. Usualy takes a few hours, just depends on how many plants you hive. I would say its a good 30s to 1 minute of time per plant.

The hardest part for me was to remember to log in and do it. I solved this by moding my bod fetcher to auto login the plant tender. it was buggy but it works most of the time.

So i hope this helps. Ask away if you have any further questions
