you guys are really good with all this crap..
you guys know a good place that would tell me what procceess I can turn off. and save me some CPU and data speed.?

That is a great site, thanks for sharing.  I seem to have already almost half the stuff listed there except for the games, repair and recovery tools listed.  I don't run residential anti-spy/virial , malware stuff, I go to the commercial products like F-Secure for my home network security.  For recovery (if needed) I use a nice little util called "GetDataBack".
