Title: When you give Stealth a try...
Post by: slyone on March 09, 2012, 04:25:56 PM
First, thanks to Crome for all the information on Stealth!

I gave this a try over the weekend.  I read through Crome's info here,http://www.scriptuo.com/index.php?topic=9203.0 (http://www.scriptuo.com/index.php?topic=9203.0) first.   I also checked out the links to the translated Stealth website that Crome referenced.

The client worked fine but when I went to log in with UO assist, I got the "Trouble communicating with UO" message.  I found out that the login.cfg file had been modified.  There were a couple files that were modified in my UO program folder.  So I replaced the modified files with the ones from my laptop and problem solved.  I don't think I read anywhere about Stealth changing the login.cfg file so make sure you keep a backup copy.

Open Your Accountprofile options -> Switch to Shard Profile Options ->Switch Client Profile Options. Check the displayed options. Stealth then should recreate the login instead of modifing

Did the latest UO changes effect Stealth much?

Did the latest UO changes effect Stealth much?
Iam not sure about... I saw on another Forum, that the uop files are same format than mulfiles in latest version, just with a modified header..
I think the Admin is a little bit busy lately, so i think it should be done soon.
the Question is, does the latest change modified\added tiles etc? or was it just a merging? when it was the second one, keeping a folder of old uo client and just emulate latest client would work instead of waiting until the uop files will be handled...
