Thanks Crome! And yes, that will be me someday. Well, except for the mess in the screen reflection and mean face lol

Masscre, thank you, too!

!!!  I was waiting for the big text !!!

However, I am rather disappointed I didn't get the moving big text. That was pretty spiffy, from what I saw on another thread :)

Thanks a lot guys for the warm welcome.

And TrailMyx, I just saw that GIF you have on your posts and I almost spit my drink on my keyboard. I didn't notice it before now, and my stomach hurts from laughing

Thank you! I am really glad I found this site. Had no idea of its existence until I decided to try a Google search out of desperation... Guess I should thank Google too. My hands are thankful, too. lol

I guess I can let you slide on the "Dude" ;) hehe

LOL well I like to babble on anyway. Don't encourage me, or you'll start seeing essays on threads/replies!

Haha yeah, 800 gp wasn't bad either. 5k was at my peak and I like to remember the good old days lol

I started a character on a few different shards, seems like Atlantic is pretty busy now. Another friend of mine now plays on LA, which I will probably check out as well.

Thanks for the welcome, and such a fast reply!

Hi all!

Returning player here :) I put "Yes I am a real girl" in subject because I have a female name in game and everyone still talks to me saying things like "Hey, man." or "Thanks for the heal, dude." lol ... Figure I'd better just get it out of the way  :)

My brother introduced me to UO years ago, and I played a bit when suits had no mods, and really got into the game when 100% LRC was crazy cool and hard to get. Sold Rideable Llamas and Forest Ostards at Brit Bank for 5k each to make loot and work my taming. Played a few years until 2009 when I took a break to deal with some personal stuff, and just reactivated account about a week and a half ago.

Lot of changes! I am currently playing on ML, have not updated to SA as of yet, but I am thinking of it. I've always played on GL but it looks so dead now and I hear a lot of people have transferred either to another game or another shard. I may do the same myself.

So since coming back, I have met and talked to quite a few people, and it seems that at least half are also returning players, so it makes me feel good about the near future! I know there are a lot of games out there that people think are "better" in one way or another, but UO is the only game I've ever really gotten into and the only game that keeps me coming back. I hope that a lot of others feel the same way. The sense of community there is great, and if you have been around a long time, it is kind of comforting to know you can leave for over 3 years like me and still come back to find familiar faces. And they'll remember you!! I was amazed.

Around 2006 maybe, I was introduced to EasyUO. I thought it was the greatest thing since sliced bread since it saved me from having to manually click my mouse until my fingers fell off. I used it for crafting, watering plants, etc. and at that time my house was basically a giant supply place for guild (Mostly guys who didn't want to do their own pots/armor repairs/regs). haha

Now that I am back, my goals in the game are a bit different. I want to relax and have fun doing something I enjoy: IDOC hunting and crafting (and maybe a t-hunter). I won't be into PvP anymore like before, as my time in game is limited due to the hours I work and I remember a lot of drama.  lol

Since coming back, I've been kind of disappointed to find that a lot has changed with EUO, so I searched for a site with some updated scripts (IDOC for instance) that will work for me when I play. I wish I could edit them myself, but I've never been very good with coding outside of design work with HTML and CSS, which obviously is much different. I ran around for 2 hours last night manually searching for IDOCs and my wrist hurt so bad after from moving the mouse constantly to look at signs it was ridiculous. (FYI my regular job is typing all day too. I work as a title examiner for a bank and I go through property abstract search reports all day and enter info from them.)

Anyway, I hope this isn't too long, and I know maybe some of it was rambling, but I just wanted to say hello to everyone and say that I am glad to be back playing again! It's been fun so far :)

And no, I won't give my bra size  lol  (saw that somewhere as suggestion for introduction but now I don't remember)
