I'm an old school UO player just returning.  After hearing about EJ making old accounts free to play I decided to hop back on and see how heavy the dose of nostalgia would be.  Of course, after 5 minutes of banging my head against the wall dealing with the EJ bank I just ponied up the $13 and have been having a grand old time once again.  I have tried several free servers over the years but it's just not the same.  I'm a weirdo I guess.

A little about me?  I'm almost 40.  I'm a brazilian jiu jitsu brown belt instructor.  I stay extremely busy barely scraping by to make ends meet so that I don't have to get an actual job with real responsibilities.  I have been playing UO since 98 or 99.  I knew about it before that but didn't have my own computer to actually play.  As soon as I got my first PC I was off to the races and have been addicted to online games ever since.  I have been back and forth with UO several times over the years.  The last time that I quit was 10 or 15 years ago and, while I packed up my rares and prepared my account for a return someday, I didn't think that I'd ever actually come back.  Now the game seems pretty dead but it just feels like it's ripe for some kind of resurgence. 

This site seems to have a lot of great information and I look forward to contributing where I can.  Here's to a long future of us all working together to make Ultima Online an easier game to excel at!
