Hey all, im glad to join this community.
I started playing UO when I was about 15, i thought the game was very intimidating and i had no idea what to do. Luckily the free shard my friend introduced me too(Oblivion) had a very helpful community who got me on the right track. As the years went by the population on the shard lowered to a point where the shard owner shut it down. I pretty much stopped playing UO at that time.
I recently checked out the UOReddit page out of curiosity and was very happy to see that the UO community is still alive. So much so that I jumped back into another free shard(UOHeroQuest).
This shard is on the latest UO expansion and has a ton of custom content. Lots of things to do and learn that ive never seen in UO before, im addicted all over again!
Anyway, ive recently started to learn python scripting for Razor Enhanced and stumbled across this community. Im excited to learn and i hope that someone can point me in the right direction.
Thanks for your time!

Hello all. I started UO in 1998 when I was 14 years old. Back then my favorite town to hang in was Moonglow. My real life buddy Mighty Max got me into the game. We played Great Lakes. Had Tons of fun get newbies to come with us out of town to kill and loot. One of my worst times in the game was when a in Friend" did the same thing to me but at my house. Took my Key and all I had. I remember spending days and days waiting there to kill him and get my stuff back.  Anyways I've played off and on since 98. Most recently coming back from a 6 year break. I thought Between when I quit and SA I missed a lot. Looking forward to the great group of people here allowing me to use their scripts and advice.

I played for the first time in Arirang Shard in 1999 and it was then Bard. The fun of putting Ogre and Troll in a fight using Provoke was very good.

It was so good that it was not such a game that simply hunting and raising the level, and it was attractive to continue to use skills to increase proficiency.

At that time, it was the first such game that I could really play, and I think it is still the only game. I have played many games so far, but I did not have any fun games like Ultima Online.

Then I remembered this game for a very long time. I remember seeing a list of old games very unexpectedly. It has not been a few days since I started.

It's been about 20 years, but it's changed so much. When I was going to quit Ultima Online, it was a 'Renaissance'. At that time, there were a lot of skills, but now there are too many skills.

Too many things change and I think it will take time to adapt. When I start a new game, I try to play some games I did not get at the time.

Unlike the old days, now I do not have many Koreans. I do not have a situation where I can get support as it was once, so now I have to take care of it.

So when I start a new job like a blacksmith, I think I need to work first, and if I have a chance Tamer, especially Necromancer I think it would be very good.

I came to this site while searching Google. I do not speak English but I have introduced myself as a translator, and I hope that my intention is well communicated.

thank you for reading.

A Warm Welcome!

Our only requirement to be part of this site is for new members to write a good and thoughfull introduction.

Before we will unrestrict you - you need to tell us a lot more!

Please greatly expand your introduction and tell us about yourself and your UO life.

Look at the sticked examples if you need insight.
I think you will find the effort required to write a four or five paragraphs will pay off with this community!

(Use a translator program if you feel you can not write in english.)
