Just so i am up to speed.  Studio is the core platform or does it include like java,c#,Basic and others?

When you are talking "Studio" you are talking the whole thing.  Now you can download the individuals.  Personally I've never touched Java, but C# is another matter.  :)

I haven't downloaded the whole enchilada for a while, but the last time I did (around 2008) you could do the individual components.
