Title: Multi Client
Post by: Piller on November 26, 2022, 07:16:27 PM
I tried searching here and ez site and could not find it.

I was trying to run different scripts on 2 accounts at the same time. I loaded EZ, loaded acct 1, started script. Loaded another EZ, loaded acct 2 as soon as i started a script one or both would crash.

Feels like im doing something simple wrong but I can figure it out.

Thanks in advance as always!

Did you open 2 different instances of EZ?

Try running just a single EZ, and use the 'CLT NEW' button across the top of the program to open more copies of the game. Then you can use the 'CLT SWAP' button next to it to assign your script to whichever account you want it to be running.

I run 2 clients at the same time many times but only one instance of EUO and I use the clt swap like MeWon said. I generally use Steam to open the UO Client when using EUO. I use Orion the majority of the time as it has some awesome scripting abilities and the client is much better.

Hmmm. I do this all the time, just about every day. I use Razor so most of the time I start my clients with Razor but it doesn't really matter what launcher I use, or no launcher at all. Just have to make sure the applicable EUO tab is "pointing" at the correct client (Tools\Swap to Next Client) for each script you want to run against a different client instance.

Also, have you set both client.exe and easyuo.exe to run as Administrator when you launch? Same with any other launchers you might use?

I had never seen the client swap. I'm 99% sure that solves it going to try it now. I knew you guys were smarter than me. Thanks a ton!
