Funny thing was when I first start reading this, it was hard to follow until I read the "Jack Handy" title. So I slowed it down in my mind in affirmation cadence, and viola! Fun stuff. heheh

I'm already looking at apartments. :) I'm getting a bit tired of nearly 10% sales tax here in Cali. I've always loved San Antonio and Austin.

-
I'm one of the few that still has equity left; I could buy 6! heh.

Plus doesn't Texas have no property tax? Or is that income tax?... Either way it's better than Missouri price wise, except when it comes to gas.
-
yeah no state income tax at all seriously TM if you decide to look around my area you have a place to stay and a guide man.

10% sales tax?!?! Holy Crap! Here in Wy our sales tax is about 5.5% we pay no state income tax, and are the overall LEAST taxed state in the union. Housing is a little expensive,(at least here in Laramie...prolly cuz its a college town) but property taxes are cheap.
