I do have a fully trained dread mare, gd, and bake. is parry useless on a archer?

General UO Chat / stupid question about oeuo

I dl'd then newest version, got the zip file, unzipped it, ran the installer but when i try to run oeuo it says cannot locate file dll. Do all the files need to be in the same folder as oeuo?

looking for a headpiece with 15 hci. So far only options i have come up with are hunters headdress and bear one with the 20 hip point increase. Not familar with many of the other sa/semi arti pieces. Would rather not use the hunters because char is a fencer.
I guess I could redo my weps and put hci on them to bring me to 45 hci. Im using the folded steel glasses right now.

Have a tamer havent done anything with. Was thinking along the lines of myst/mage/taming. Using gargoyle so I can fly. -20 mage wep, sc no -, greater dragon. Will prolly need resists. Any ideas?

making a bush dexor, anyone got any good builds along those lines. Figure ill use a bok for nerve strike. do i need healing and anat, or go with bush and pots for healingl. im thinking something like this, should i put resists on him.
