I suggest you have macros set for "All Kill", "All Stop" "and "All Follow Me" if you don't already.
What I did was walk around Haven with my Pet Greater Dragon following me. I had her attacking Spectral Spellbinders until she had 8-10 attacking her. The trick to doing it is to say "Kill (target). then quickly say "All Follow Me" OR "All Stop" fast enough before the Dragon/Pet kills the Spellbinder. Set up a healing macro for your Pet. Eventually, you will no longer need to heal your Pet as she will not take any damage from the spells that they cast because she will have higher resists..
After a couple of hours, My Greater Dragon was close to 120...!
