Character Creation?

Can you make a character using the stealth client only? With out having to load razor or something to make the account and toon.

In latest Beta, its already in (i suggested some weeks ago) Now it depends on Vizit0r when he finally release 3.9.9 with a ton of new features(Hotkeys, Fastlogin dll, Char Creation , Frame Access, More Options for Stealth) ...

Oooooo I can't wait! I have been having a few issues though with it freezing me up and ill log out and log back in and it will play through what i tried to do while locked up. Just like if the actions where in que
