Excellent no fuss dinner. Goes well with riceor potatoes.

1 Onion chopped
1 Cup chicken or veggie broth
1/2 Cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 cloves garlic chopped

1. Place chopped onions and tenderloin into slow cooker.

2. In a 2 cup measuring cup mix remaining ingredients and pour over the tenderloin.

3. Set slow cooker timer (4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low)

4. Move pork to serving dish, cover with foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes or so.

5. Pour sauce into a pan and bring to a boil, reduce sauce to desired consistency.

New member introductions / I Am Canukers Wife and I don't play UO
« on: January 25, 2014, 10:33:50 AM »
Yep that's right I have joined ScriptUO but do not now nor will I ever actually play UO, that's Canukers thing not mine  8)

I am a married (obviously) Mum with two Princesses ages 9 (10 in 2.5 weeks) and 4 who keep me super busy. I train 3-4 times a week at a fitness boot camp and for fun I sew (with a sewing machine never by hand). What's brought me here is a course I enrolled in, a book the course recommended (The Absolute Beginners Guide to C) and Canuker suggesting you all may be able to provide insight and or suggestions as I work my way through the course and book.

I am not looking to download scripts nor will I ever share scripts from here but if by chance I see an example of coding that I would like to reference in my course work I will ask and credit the source as per the course guidelines.

That's about it except to mention I've been meaning to join ever since my Avie was discussed in the How did you get your SUO user name thread way back at the end of 2012  ;D
