Title: Video on YouTube for soloing Slasher, can any explain the buff he's using?

There is a video on YouTube of a guy on an Asian server soloing Slasher.  The title of the video is Slasher of veils solo 2/26/2013, here is a link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HgCJqd2yosk (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HgCJqd2yosk).  I can't figure out what buff he's using, it's the one just to the right of the enemy of one buff at the start of the fight.  I thought it was a fish pie buff, however I can't duplicate it.  Can anyone help and tell me what it is?

From left to right... Bandages, Honor, Enemy of One, Trinsic Petals, Dex Pot, Str Pot, Feint, Vampiric Form related buffs.
