    Beginning Tuesday, July 13th at 2:00PM EDT all shards will be brought offline for updates to the current database system. Due to the complexities of this maintenance we anticipate services will be back online by 8:00PM EDT. We thank you for your patience during this extended downtime.
     
    Update 7/13/10 - 10:00AM EST: Additionally, all housing and character transfers are currently unavailable as we prepare for the maintenance.

At this time all character data, applications for login servers, vet reward/account age, and the upgrade to the new version of Oracle are complete.

We are at the stage where our internal DBA and Net Engineering are verifying status of all systems before we ramp up to making the shards public.

We will keep you updated.
