Scheduled Maintenance 7/13/10 - All Shards
Greetings!
Beginning Tuesday, July 13th at 2:00PM EDT all shards will be brought offline for updates to the current database system. Due to the complexities of this maintenance we anticipate services will be back online by 8:00PM EDT (please see update below). We thank you for your patience during this extended downtime.
Update 7/13/10 - 10:10PM EST: We continue to run tests to ensure the update deployed properly to all systems. There remains no ETA and we will update again at 11:00PM EDT or when new information is available, thank you.Update 7/13/10 - 8:50PM EST: We're continuing to investigate the delay and there remains no ETA, thank you.Update 7/13/10 - 8:00PM EST: We are working to resolve a remaining part of the maintenance, we are currently unable to provide an ETA at this time.
