Put jewelry on to get to ~80 taming. Goto Ice Isle and tame wolves, you can go from 50 to near GM pretty fast.
I don't trust automation for things like this, too slow and too risky. You can easily throw together a simple script to prompt tame, set #ltargetid to %whatever and then control %whatever to rename/release set to hotkeys. 1 small assist script to do in a couple hours what will more than likely take a script days to do.

--This script will train Stealing via stealing a stack
of items from your pack horse/llama. By default it is
setup to steal Amber gems, although this can be changed
within the code below.
Setup:
Using the graphic client command "info" get the
ID of your packy and set it's value below.
If you want to steal something other than amber
(Bottles, whatevs) then using the same command
get the ItemType of whatever stackable item
you want to steal and input it below, (Array of
items not supported.)

Updated, temporarily removed additional skill training. Revamped all the code as a whole as I was very unhappy with the way I had written it and how it ran.

UOR Era servers do not hold context menus for house signs. You would require journal scanning, and pray for no false-positives.
