So which goverment workers are going to get fired over this.. I mean hear in florida thats not a problem at all but im sure some goverment depart probably mulitple times in different places undertook a study costing a fortune before deciding to switch.. and didnt think it though fully.
Its probably going to end up costing 20x more after they have to go back and retrofit every traffic light with mini heaters. And just wait for the onslaught of law suites that will be soon piling up against the local municipality resonsible...
