I am not a hater, but I know there is a lot of abuse to the handicap system. I once saw a 25 year old lady drive up in a nice car with a handicap licence and reflector also and she parked in the handicapped area. I politely walked over and asked her what her handicap was and she (blond)said to me that she was not handicapped but that here mom was and that she drove her mom around. I said fine where is your mom now? She said at home asleep and then I responded then you should park some where else and leave that spot open for someone that is really handicapped and needs help and not to be so lazy. Then she shot me the finger and I responded with ohhhh I forgot you are Blond !!
