UO Server Maintenance Schedule - by Petra Fyde; May 2009
Ultima Online game servers are taken off line once per day for scheduled maintenance which normally takes approximately 15 minutes. The following table is based on GMT and does not take into account seasonal daylight saving adjustments. All times are approximate and should be taken as a guideline only.

these are all 1hr wrong i believe...  add +1 to everything to make correct..... If have subs that calculate all the up/down times given your timezone... its not that complicated.

I'm having trouble reading the format...

East Coast shards go down  4-4:30am CST, West Coast at 7-7:30am CST. Most of the time it's at the beginning of the hour but sometimes it does go late. Atleast that's my experience from playing mainly late night.
