HW and luck suit?

Hi Guys,

  Wife and I are having a little argument over this. Anybody have any idea if a luck suit has any bearing on the drop rate while doing the Heartwood quests? I think NOT, she thinks so..we are both currently running 1500+ luck. I have tried it both with and without the luck suit..I think it matters not. Anybody out there know...or have any experience trying it?

it does not and has been posted a few different times that luck has no bearing on heartwood rewards

Luck ONLY works on Corpse Loot. Luck doesn't work on Treasure Chest Loot, Trinket Bags or StrongBox quest items.

 I had a feeling that she spent a fortune putting a luck suit together for nothing..LOL...well NOT for nothing, it did keep her quiet for a little while!

The luck suit would be still good for lady Melasade or other name monsters in ML for good drops.

Well how about if you are burning a runic outta heartwood. Does luck have any effect on that. i have been told yes? I havn;t tryed ti i have burn alot of heartwood fletcher's and not got a damn think worth anything. I have 100 lore and high str i did try with max str and max int. Next time i am gonna try with max dex?

I know this does not help any problably but i have 2 things to add.  1st I get better results from a Yew runic than a Heartwood ? possibly because you have more uses who knows.  2nd when I am gonna burn a high end runic I burn on non peak hours there was talk many years ago about the fact that the less the skill was being used though out the server the better your chances of getting a better drop or burn on items.

I've said it before, for best luck you have to be pant-less.

I rolled on 120's for my char back in a guild on Pac and won every time I went commando. Like 6 in a row at one point.
