Yeh, BW is exactly correct.  Even a junior mage makes quick work of the serps.  Archery is too complicated for whatever good it brings you.

My mage fishermen are 100 Magery, scrolled to 110 - Eval GM - Snake slayer spellbook... Most never survive the single EBolt they hit it with... Bam, they're dead...

I'm going to be setting my fisher up as a mage soon since I want to get a blue mage for more trammy stuff as is... Template I'm going to run is:

Geared INT will goto 150 for the 15% additional spell dmg, with 60% SDI. Should suffice I think for an all around PvE Mage :>

I don't see you needing the wrestling. Serps won't ever get more than one shot off. Maybe resist spells?

It's not for serpents.. Its for other PvE trammy stuff :>

I notice that when I run through these trammy events the mages are always getting owned by things that hit them, when I ask them if they have wrestling they say no :S

Perhaps a neat sub option for this would be to use the special fishing nets that you pull up :>

Nets = more serps :>

But alas a staff of the magi prevents the use of slayer specific spellbooks being held for additional damage!

Hmm... think on this.
New Venus Fly-Trap plants can be used as a trash can and work with clean-up points.
You should be able to place one of these on a tall ship.

Had a 2 Part Question,

1.) With this script does it go to the trash before the bank every time?  I would like to add some items to the trash run for clean up point, but am still a little new to reading scripts and following them.  And for this to work it need to trash before bank.

2.) I have seen a few different "trashcan" parts in the script, what one do I add the items to, to make the script trash them...

Would it surprise you to know that I have never, ever, had a char go red?

I've had my crafters go red before. :X

Back when box trapping was fun, that was my first and only red.

Speaking of boxes, one of my old fav PKs was a GM tinker I miss being able to sit at Dungeon chests waiting for lockpickers to recall in, wait for them to pick it then trap it before they open it.

Yea I remember doing this also. This was before they ever had stealth. So you had to go in the dungeon cast invisible and then hide and as they came into the dungeon and picked the lock you gm explosion trapped the chest again

I ran the other version on osi for a year or two and it ran well.

This one I have 2 little hang ups.

I decided to try setting it up for donations. I got it working pretty well but when I go to donate fish steaks it hangs up. I think they changed the donation screen and now the fish are a few pages back.

The second hang up is while fishing the boat does not seem to advance forward like it use to in the other version. It only moves when it is trying to get to a dead serpent.

Other than that woo hoo!

For the fish donation, it does tend to hang.  Not an obvious fix ATM.

For the boat movement, try moving the boat by hand.  Alot of times there's something just outside server boundary range that prevents the boat from moving.  Boat advancement code hasn't changed in years.
