Stealth Client / Re: Stealth Client autocloses on execution
« on: March 30, 2016, 10:59:40 AM »
It works fine on my work PC, also worked on a fresh Windows 7 VM.

Wild guess: it's unrelated to OS, maybe software conflict.

Got it to work.
Ran update on VM, then zipped the folder and sent to my PC!

Stealth Client / Stealth Client autocloses on execution
« on: March 29, 2016, 11:57:52 PM »
Digging through old topics I found this, which is exactly what's happening:
http://www.scriptuo.com/index.php?topic=13265.0

Has anyone found anything about it or had anything similar?
Using windows 7 x64
I can run stealth 1.0 fine, but can't run any of the newer versions.
It just closes right after execution, no error log, no message, nothing to debug.
Tried every version available on the site, also tried reinstalling everything I thought it could have any influence, like .netfx

New member introductions / Hello, I'm BzuM
« on: March 27, 2016, 10:29:22 PM »
Hello, I'm BzuM and I started playing UO when I was a brat, on 2001, played it nonstop till around 2007, then went on long breaks but couldn't ever stop completely anymore.
My brain went in nostalgia when hearing UO's musics right before some old friends came asking me to play again, so after a 6 year break, here I am again.

I was born and live in Brazil, played only on free shards around here, got to know UO at a Diablo 2 guild forum and got hooked into all the possibilities and freedom UO has, at first it overwhelmed me, but then it got better every day for a very long time.
All the shards I played had no skillcap and were classless, and I like it this way, so I wouldn't know how to choose a favorite class or skills or anything like that.

UO is a big part of my life and also the reason I found joy in programming and automating stuff. I work now as a software/web developer, even got to help some big ones like Mozilla  :).
Hope I get accepted and learn more about you guys too.
