Its in their post about the changes that you can't do set armor.
This coin declares Caesar is "Dictator for Life." He did serve as Dictator for the remainder of his life, but his life would end only a few weeks after this issue. For Caesar to put his image on coins and essentially declare himself king was too much for Brutus and his republican allies.

It won't let you imbue on a ninja hood right now. Even if you try tweaking a mod that's already on there like lower mana cost.

Yup, if it cant be used or is useless, we unravel for relics.

We could also do ish champs cerv, paragons spawn a lot, we get pinkeys and a chance at replica.  Im thinking the only problem we will have is rikky, but I have a bard ;)  We get it so we can kill rikky, Niera, and Lord oaks (who is easy btw with two tamers) we could run champ spawns there 24/7 and use the exploging gold towards a Luna house.

It seems to me the real value in imbuing artis would be in those that have a property that is in excess of what you can normally find, craft or imbue. You might be able to add something to alchemists bauble or axe of the heavens, but you could make those from scratch now anyway.

Some more stuff that look like it is worth checking out:

Doom
Bracelet of Health
Jackal's Collar
Midnight Bracers
Leggings of Bane
Ring of the Vile

Paragon Items
Orcish Visage (has +10HP, otherwise its junk)
Fey Leggings
Soul Seeker: Folks are talking about pulling the SSI off of the Soul Seeker to add values.  In my mind this ruins the soul seeker's value.  You can craft and imbue a more powerful radiant scimitar if you are pulling off the SSI.

Peerless Items
Melisande's Corroded Hatchet: Does the -50 Damage give you extra points to play with?

Replicas
Can these be enhanced?
Oblivion's Needle - Might be nice for a poisoner if you could modify it a bit

Craftable
Bramble Coat: Can the luck be dropped in favor of some resists?
Resilient Bracer
Essence of Battle
Stitchers
Faerie Fire (Prepatch in particular may have some value because of extra base damage)
Blight Gripped (Prepatch in particular may have some value because of extra base damage)
Pendant of the Magi

Invasion weapons?

Whenever you imbue an item with self repair on it, the self repair falls off.
