Disco Chiv Tamer!!!

I am using a really fun template! I use it at spawns, harrys and for farming. This is not my PvP tamer ( yes I have them because its fun to be annoying and gay!).

120 taming
120 lore
120 vet
120 music
120 disco
110 chiv

Its on a Garg. 4/6 chiv casting. Its fun as hell to play.

Downside is no invis and group cross healing. No long distance pet healing.

Suit is easy as hell. Because its chiv you do not need LRC but it helps though.

I do 70s resist. Max LMC. Mana Regen as much as I can ( for Mastery stuff ). Get as much extra mana as I can. LRC if I am feeling froggy.

I'll agree with your opinion of tamers in pvp.

I need to explain my way of training disco. I kinda screwed the training part of this up. I will attempt to explain the way I think is the best way to go about this. It is not a cheap template to do but once done its awesome.

1. Have another tamer already done to do your taming. Makes things so much faster. I recommend a mystic tamer.
2. Buy a advanced character token, a race change token, and scrolls. I was lucky to be able to scroll farm with my guild. You do not have to go elf or human.
3. Make a elf or human with your disco and music. The reason why is because a garg cannot ride the mounts needed to work disco.
4.  Uses your token for tamer template.Get your taming jewels!
5. Get your good tamer and get some good pets! A Greater Dragon and Rune Bettle/Mare DPS combo. If you need me to write a guide on how to tell good pets I can.
6. Feed and Stable! This way when your done you have good pets ready to go. Seriously I used shitty pets for a little while and they blew!
7. Get your boats out to sea. I used only 3 but honestly I think you should use more. You can either use your tamer to get your mounts or pay someone to tame them for you. Options Options. My animals lasted 24-36 hours.
8. C2's Funky Music Trainer. If I ever meet that guy his bar tab is covered. I did modify it a bit for different mounts. Read the thread! Tons of good info!
9. Once your 120 Disco and Music time for the Bard Mastery quest. It helps.
10. Work that chiv next dropping mage for your 4/6 casting.
11. I worked Lore and Vet by training pets.

There you go. If I forgot anything or need to add something let me know.

I am still using this template as spawning tamer. I run my guilds disco tamer now. Its a solid template for a ton of things. I very rarely die. I still need to really max my faction rank so I can take advantage of the faction gear with all that uber MR and sdi for holy light spam.

why did you choose chiv instead of magery?

I can answer this. Chiv is generally used because at lower levels you can be more effective than you could with magery. Also, you're playing a no resist template so Chiv can remove curses, and it also gives you a res for less overall skill points.

I don't really understand taking Chiv at 110 over Magery if you're throwing that many points into it. I also think 120 Vet is fairly useless, and you'd have much more success putting those points into med. In addition, Chiv heals have the smaller range, and you benefit from having magery more because you can gheal from a greater distance and not be put in risk at for example, Melisande.

Use a fair amount of + skill jewels and use something like this... Also use a - mage weapon so you aren't as defenseless. Someone as well mentioned to get more SDI for holy light, but SDI does not affect holy light at all.

120 taming (+30 Jewels)
110 lore
100 vet
120 music
120 disco (+30 Jewels)
110 Mage
80-100 Med Depending on Skill Cap.

I've also ran 4/6 Chiv/Spellweave Tamer without the Disco and it tears stuff up hardcore in groups.

4/6 Chiv/Spellweave is epically powerful in it's niche.

For group or grinder fighting in a tight area it was nuts.. Anything outside of that though was pretty weak. I used wrestling on it as well.

You can still use invis pots too.. not a huge loss on invis there.

This tamer is used for farming / spawning.

When spawning I am in a group. I have never really needed a lot of invis's.

Where I come into my own is Champ and Harrower fights.

Also this toon is factions as well. So I have had to fight on this toon.

Works very very well and is my main guild tamer.
