Help with PHP Please.

I am making a form  www.uoguyz.com/test/signup.html    and i am wanting it to automatically email it to me.  I am trying a php version of sending things but i keep getting parse errors.  Does anyone have any idea of an easy way to send the form to me via email without using outlook?  Any help would be nice.  Thank you.

Do you know any other way to do it other than PHP. i would be happy if i could find a way to make it so it continually edits an XML file.  But i'm lost.... very lost.
