Title: House Trading

This is probably a stupid question but have never traded a house with content before

If you trade a house with contents... deeds and boxes used and locked down/secured etc.   Does everything stay secured in the house and do the rights default back to owner only ?

I'm not sure about the security rights going back to owner, but yes everything stays secured.

The only thing that change is the access list, it get reset, everything else stay the same access level.

thanks exactly what i had hoped.  But had to many disasters to trust that osi works the logically correct way.
