Tactics just increases your Damage & there is a requirement of 70 / 90 for doing primary / secondary weapon abilities...

Respectfully disagree.  I'm testing out a Thrower template for farming, and I had to stop everything I was doing to go out and train to GM tactics.  120 Thrower couldn't hit a shadow wisp more than 25% of the time.

A shadow wisp.

I was under the impression that it added damage.  Garg's have other issues with range adding something to HCI I think.

Yeah, if you are point blank, you have less of a chance to hit.

Actually, I think they nerfed that at one point.... I'm 80% Sure that its just damage that is modified by distance with a thrower.

I wreck things with a 90 Tactics Macer... So I dunno.... I'm pretty sure that HCI Is only effected by weapon skill.

Most of my PvP guys only rock 90 tactics though some roll 120 cause of the build.  All of my pvm have 120 tactics though.
