Anyone care to make a luck suit w/ reforging guide?

looking for a guide on how to make a great luck suit using this new reforging.  i have not even seen a reforging menu yet so it has to be pretty easy for anyone to understand.

ex to you craft plain pieces then reforge?
best runic to use to reforge?
what props do you choose?
when to powder?

- Inspired (Auspicious of Fortune)

Leather Human
- Spined
- Powerful
- Grand
- Inspired (Auspicious of Fortune)

Leather Gargoyle
- Horned (You can't hit 150 Luck with a spined kit on gargoyle leather... why? Monkeys and Typewriters!)
- Powerful
- Grand
- Inspired (Desired first name) (Depending on what other adds you want)
- Exalted (This will cause random name generation which will give you Auspicious sometimes and land the LUCK)

IF you can't choose Auspicious of Fortune with a Spined kit, try dropping the Powerful.

Basically, I've written it all out in both of those, but imo, reforging is great to make imbuing templates and use up low level runics but high end runics are still better off if you roll the dice on just burn em.

The general idea is the same no matter what you're going for.

Use real low level and try to get one modification super boosted.
Use mid level, get two modifications super boosted (above normal imbue cap)
POF the desired ones
Imbue rest of the properties
Enhance

It is believed that they are not, nor are chests in the new dungeons which are now part of the new loots tables.

When I did mine, I went with MR 3 and Luck 150.   Auspicious and Wizards.  This for Bard that run the song.

nut all i keep getting is luck 100 ? am i doing something wrong ? they are getting the name "of fortune" i tried with ash saws also. yew saws i cant get of fortune.

This is a question from 2012 but since the thread was rezzed and people are looking at it again, it is affected by luck now.

I think it was pub 86 that changed, if that is not the one, it is close. Luck now affects the loot in the chest as well as the loot on the guardians that spawn. It is also supposed to affect chests from SOS's fished up but that does not appear to be working.
