I want to know where the quest is that asks for fetish essance.  i was unable to locate it in uoguide searches

the only thing I can find my friend is Fetid Essence...and it is part of the Bedlam spawn...I cant find anything linking it to a quest of any kind

There is also a quest that requires Primitive Fetish's. You get that from:    Patricus The Trader, he is found near the public docks in the City of Vesper. He wants 12 Primitive Fetish's from Trogs for a bag of treasure.
