I received this email at my WORK email somehow two days ago.  I don't even have a WOW accto or ever tried or visited a web site for wow.  I took out the link so no one would go there.  I bet it is a scam site without question that looks like the real place

Ya, it seems certain gold farmers sold their email address list.  I get this constantly since I bought gold ONCE from a little asian gold farmer.

I got the exact email but it was for NCSoft. I played the 14 day trial of City of Heroes and nothing else by them. I have registered for a website once but it was under a different email. I ignored it. I assumed it was a scam of some sort.

I usually get 8-10 of these in my SPAM folder in my Gmail account. Just the typical scams...

NOTE: When in doubt, go directly to the website (not from a link in the email) and log-in there! Most games have some kind of message center where you can pick up any REAL notifications on their website
There are 10 kinds of people in this world: those that understand binary and those that don't!

Windows:  A 64-bit tweak of a 32-bit extension to a 16-bit user interface for an 8-bit operating system based on a 4-bit architecture from a 2-bit company that can't stand 1 bit of competition!
