Where to find map makers pen?

I've ran up and down the streets of Brit, and luna looking for an NPC that sells a map makers pen.

Where in the hell do I find one?

Go to a ship owner NPC or a Cartographer both of these will have one. An easy place go to moonglow north where the docks are and there is an NPC shop inside you will find 3 or 4 NPC shop keepers 2 of these NPC's should sell map makers pens.

There's one in New Haven right next to the Bank.

Or go to skara gate, run to the bottom of town below the inn and there's a npc map maker

This is my first treasure hunter! I realized that a scribes pen wouldn't work after I bought about 100 of them :/
