You could just pk people in luna.  It's really not even that hard right now.

That seems a little tough to do?  Unless you are on Siege?  Or killing guild mates?

In any case, I wouldn't want to take the chance of getting hit for griefing.

I used to do that w/ kirins on negative karms players.  You COULD look them, you COULD stat loss them.  You COULD also get suspended, like I did :*(
It was worth the laugh.  I did it looted the guy and blamed it on someone in his guild!  It was hilarious.  Their GM had even thought it was funny, but that's only cause I've known her for a long time. 

I enjoy giving out conflag pots and asking people to test their aim to see if they can hit me with it.  Then stay by a NPC just to guardwack them HAHA!
