When i lived in Alaska the coldest i've ever experienced was -55f. i can't even imagine -100f. screw all that

Nope..not vacationing there.. I am about to fully retire again(I will make it this time!) and one of my primary goals: Never , ever.. see below 60 degrees F... ever again. the -100 stuff, I'll read about in the news only.. and smile :)

It's cold down there, but that's wind chill they're quoting.  Actual temp's around -55F.  In any event, don't pee outside!

No. Just, no. I spent some time in Anchorage and Fairbanks this past August. Thankfully it was in the 60s.
