Scripting Chat / switching fishing skill to another character

that would make the new toon with the fishing skill start from the bottom with the fish mongers as far as quest points correct? So if this is true its probably not a great idea to do so??

aside from stealth hiding and tracking... what other skills do you IDOCers use on your templates?? magery im sure... ninja?? camping?? Thanks for any help  ;)
