Above are the two main weapons I use working this spawn.

I think your best off using Hit Cold Area on Tier 2 against the Centaurs but you have to be vigilant and move around to make sure your not hitting any positive karma critters.

Since I redid my Heartwood Suit a few days ago suit I'm finding I really don't need the Mana Increase Items because I already have them on my current suit. I'm walking around with 70 Mana and it seems to be sufficient.

The double Axe works fine against Satyr as they really pose no threat until they start playing their flute. Against the Paragon Raging Grizzlies the axe could use some HSL as the bears pack a big punch. I might consider making another Double Axe tailored towards dealing with the Bears.

I ran my standard world beater template with Anatomy instead of Parry:

90 Spirit Speak

I'm going to go for one more Dreadhorn statuette then move on to Bedlam, Doom, Abysmal Infernal or Medusa.

Great writeup, I went in to give it a try and got to 3 candles of satyrs easily before having the whole thing fall apart on me, I think with practice and more appropriate weapons it'll be in the bag.

The 100% Fire Double Axe is key. Honoring (Bushido) is also critical because you regain mana after the final blow so that will help in being able to spam double strike. Wraith form should work too but you lose mobility.

It's also huge that you if you can bump the altar on Tier 3 on the first rung of candles. I like to kill off the centaurs then immediately invoke valor on the altar to kick it up a rung. That will make the next group of candles easier to progress. If you can get past the Satyr's to the bears then your home free.

And yea practice makes perfect. I have a very easy time with this spawn now because I've done it so many times. First few times I dogged it and there were times when I had to give up and call it quits.

A good understanding of how Barding skills work can also help you:

If a Satyr provokes something onto you it will be agressive towards you as long as it's within range of the satyr or until that satry is killed. Soon as you kill the Satyr that provoked the timer starts for the expiration.

You don't always have to run out the exit if you know what Satyr provoked on you and you can get to him and kill him.
