Title: SUO Launcher - Release and version information

Upcoming release information (v19 RC2)
. Fixed a flicker issue with certain controls (tab control particularly)
. Right-click will allow a user to paste shard linking information (for those that can't drag/drop)
. Added a couple registry links for known client locations
. Added a button to call up UOGateway.com and UOPortal.com to look for shard to play
. You can now copy a shard in the favorites tab.
