Ok I would like to know if it is possible to play UO on linux, and if not, at least able to host it. I haven't tried yet I just got my server today an old IBM X series with 2 PIII processors in it and.... 3 scsi drives. Got it working and would like to know a little more about what I can do with it :) Ubuntu loaded and running.

You bet!  Just be sure you have Wine installed.  Wine allows you to
run Windows apps.

Yep just like TM said just install wine on your your ubuntu system and you will be set :)
