an ornate with 150 stam and 30 SSI swings at 1.5, only .25 seconds slower and has a 1/3 greater damage. you swing 1/6 slower but should gain 1/3 damage? no?

I have 160 stam. With a radiant scimmi I can swing max without ssi. (radiant is 2.5 and is my max before I need SSI)

I can swing an ornate axe with 30% ssi at 1.5/s

Radiant has a 12-14 base damage swinging at 1.25s...= 10.6-11.2 damage per second
Ornate has a 18-20 base damage swinging at 1.5s....= 15-16.6 base damage per second

For example, both weps have repond slayer. I can hit a renowned rat for roughly 90-100 on average. With my ornate axe I only hit about 105-115 on average.

according to DPS the radiant does 2/3 the damage that the ornate axe does. same with the base damage, I should see 1/3 more damage shouldnt I?

XIIxOveR - I modified your script a bit so it would take advantage of no time wasted trashing scrolls instead it would auto drop using "full backpack" trick. I also lowered some of the wait time between clicks almost GM now, Thanks!

Yeah carto is easy enough to do with UOA or even like you said, make max. however, like in almost every other instance, using EUO is better, faster, more efficient, and last but not least, fully AFK :P

I remember when ML first came out, for a good 6 months almost NO one knew the disco trick.... even up until about 1.5 years ago when I quit not many people knew about it, now it seems like everyone and their dogs know.... ahha

alot still don't know the real "trick" behind the satyr, so its good! :-X

yes and no.

Technically yes, it will work. Just like every other skill, the 28% discord is huge when training.
however... if you would like this script to work down there, you would have to setup "dumby secure and trash barrel"

I have not used this script, so I couldn't tell you if it automatically searches for a trash can, or if you select the container you want as your trash at the begining of the script. Either way.... if you know basics to scripting you can modify it to work.

just wondering what the best way to tell if a monster is alive or dead? seems that they changed the way monsters die, and now my previous way of checking will not work. the corpse used to be a different ID, now they are the same? Thanks

yah I have parry, I am basically just a sampie.... I need to drop the 70SS for 70 Anat I think, seeing as I am yet to go into wraith and use curse wep. seems like 120 swords, 115 bush, 109 parry just aint cuttin it... pretty sure I am 45 DCI with HLD on my glasses.

I use whirlwind when I am fighting a group, else I use lightning strike. I will look into counter attack, Thank you.

p.s. what type of monsters do u fight with ur sampie?

just wondering what everyone does to avoid the 50dmg shots from knight errant's? I can usually take any group of them, but sometimes before the feint hits, or inbetween evades, I get smoked with 2-3-4-5-6 50 damage hits from these guys... I can usually survive it because I leech back fast enough, but sometimes I get hit from 145hp to dead with 3 simultaneous shots.

Yeah I have a wait in there...

I have written some pretty wicked scripts before, but I have been out of the game for a while now, and slowly remembering the code. The script I am writing is basically just me figuring out how/what my script will look like, and gettings timers correct.. (It is a auto sampie script) (I know you have a badass one, but I do not get enjoyment of just hitting "play" and being able to reap the rewards... I would rather do some work myself and be proud of it :) )

I know the code I gave you was pretty bad, but I won't be using it hehe. It just has me stumped on why it won't work... I am going to look at it after work tonight and maybe it was just me being tooo tired and stoned last night!! :P As far as I was reading it, it should loop attack on my selected monster until either it is dead, or it finds a new monster within 1 tile, and if it finds that monster it should attack it!!!

Anyways, thanks for your help Twinkle McNugget, I do appreciate it. I'll let you know how I find away for it to work.

Yeah, when it initially searches for %creature it searches tiles 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8, and that works fine... It attacks the closest first like it should. My script loops attack, until it is dead. I want it to constantly be searching for a new %creature within 1 tile from me while killing the one I already found. If the one I am currently killing has a #finddist > 1 and there is a new creature to attack that is right next to me, it should switch to that target, but it doesnt.

I`ll tinker around with it tonight... I just couldnt figure out why it wont change targets to 1 that is right next to me if my current target is not!!

I have my script to auto attack monsters, and I want it to switch to a monster if it is within striking distance, rather than the one 2-10 tiles away that it has previously targeted...

What am I doing wrong?

What would my kill/stay alive loop be?

evade every how many secs?
curse wep every?
lightning strike?

sorry havent played yet, trying to remember all of it
